Resonance analysis of cross section data measured by J-PARC/MLF using the modified REFIT code

改良REFITを用いたJ-PARC/MLFで測定された断面積データの共鳴解析

In the project entitled as "Research and development for Accuracy Improvement of neutron nuclear data on Minor ACtinides (AIMAC)", the cross section data of MAs ($$^{241,243}$$Am, $$^{237}$$Np) have been measured at neutron time-of-flight (TOF) beam line ANNRI installed at J-PARC/MLF. The high precision data is expected even in the case of small amount sample because the reaction rates are strongly increased by the high intensity pulsed neutron beam of J-PARC/MLF. We are going to analyze those cross section data by using the least-squares multilevel R-matrix code REFIT. For precise analysis of the cross section data measured by ANNRI, it is necessary to take into account the energy resolution function. In this study, we therefore adopt the modified version of REFIT which treats the energy resolution function for ANNRI. The precise energy calibration is also important. We performed the resonance analysis of the neutron total and capture cross section data of $$^{197}$$Au measured by ANNRI under the same operational condition of J-PARC/MLF to fix parameters related to energy calibration.
